We work on a percentage of gross rental revenue. We are upfront about the exact number during your free consultation. No hidden fees, no surprises. Ever.
We coordinate the full STR licensing process on your behalf. Austin requires all short-term rentals to be licensed. With platform license enforcement now active, getting licensed promptly is critical. We handle the coordination. You handle nothing.
