When you contact us through this site, we collect the information you provide voluntarily, such as name, email, phone number, property details, and inquiry specifics. Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider (Netlify) so we can receive and respond to them. If you book a stay directly through one of our property pages, your booking details are collected by our booking provider, as described below.
Contact & Inquiry Details
Information submitted through owner forms, contact forms, or estimate requests is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate your property.
Direct Bookings (Hospitable & Stripe)
Direct booking on our property pages is powered by Hospitable, which loads a booking calendar on the page. When you check availability or request a stay, Hospitable collects the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, travel dates, number of guests and payment details, and processes your payment through its payment processor, Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this site. We receive your reservation details so we can manage your stay. Hospitable and Stripe operate under their own privacy policies, and booking information is shared with them only to process your reservation.
Usage Data
Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (such as IP address and pages requested) to serve and secure the site. We do not run our own analytics on this site; if we add analytics in the future, it will be anonymized usage data, and this policy will be updated. The Hospitable booking tool described above may use analytics of its own, which can collect device, browser and interaction information while you use the booking calendar.
Cookies
Black Key does not currently set tracking or advertising cookies on this site. Third-party services we embed may make standard network requests when a page loads. These include Google Fonts, which supplies this site’s typefaces from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) and therefore receives your IP address and browser details, and, on property booking pages, Hospitable and Stripe, which may set cookies or use similar technologies to operate the booking tool, prevent fraud and measure usage. We do not sell personal data.
We use collected information to respond to your requests, provide service details, and deliver the high-touch management experience Black Key owners expect. Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing without your explicit consent.

Contact details allow us to answer questions, schedule assessments, and provide a tailored quote for your property.
Site Improvement
Aggregated usage data helps us refine the site, highlight the most relevant resources, and keep the Black Key experience aligned with owner needs.
Security & Compliance
Information is kept secure and accessed only by authorized team members who need it to deliver services. We do not sell personal data.
